Questions

Am I an employee or a contractor?

Copy pending review. Ask us before your first shift and we will tell you exactly how this market is set up.

When do I actually get paid?

When the practice approves your hours, or automatically 48 hours after your shift ends if they have not. Payouts go to the account you connect during setup.

Can my pay be taken back after a shift?

No. Once you're paid for a shift, that money is yours — corrections never come out of your pay. If hours are disputed and settled downward afterwards, that is refunded to the practice from our side, not clawed back from you.

What if I have to cancel?

Copy pending review. Cancelling well ahead of a shift is fine; cancelling inside 24 hours or not turning up counts against your standing.

Who sets the rate?

The practice posts a rate, and you only see shifts at or above the minimum you set. We show practices the going rate for the role so the number is not a guess.
