What it costs
One fee per shift, shown next to the total before you post. Nothing is collected when you post, and a shift nobody claims costs nothing at all.

The example day is eight hours at the middle of the posted band for each role. Your rate is yours to set — the fee is what changes with it, and only for hygienists.
What we do not charge for
- One fee, and you see it before you post
- A flat fee per shift for assistants and front desk, a percentage for hygienists. It is on the screen next to the total, not discovered on an invoice.
- Card fee: $0.00
- We bill by bank transfer, so there is no processing surcharge to pass on to you. Your receipt says so every month.
- No subscription, no minimum
- Post one shift a quarter or thirty a month. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
- No placement fees, ever
- Hire somebody you love and that is yours. Temp-to-perm costs nothing here, permanently.
